Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (€12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Tracking included
  • Free Shipping (for orders over €50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, our return and exchange policy is designed to be simple and transparent.

General Conditions

You may return or exchange an item within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging
  • All accessories and documentation must be included
  • The item must not be part of our non-returnable items list (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature or for hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Cutting tools that have been sharpened or used
  • Planes with adjusted blades
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Products sold as « end of line » or with « minor imperfections »

Return or Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the return request template provided below.
  2. Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
  3. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation in the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided in the return authorization. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable (except in case of our error)

Refund Methods

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): The credit will appear on your statement within 3-5 business days after processing
  • PayPal: The refund will be made directly to your PayPal account

Exchanges

  • For exchanges: We will ship the new item as soon as we receive and inspect your return
  • If the new item has a different price, we will adjust the amount (refund or additional payment)
  • Shipping costs for the new item will be your responsibility, unless the exchange is due to our error

International Returns

For customers outside the European Union:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility
  • Please indicate « RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE » on the customs form
  • We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
